The Senior Director of Identity Access Management (IAM) & Identity Security is responsible for establishing and driving the enterprise-wide strategy for identity security and data protection. The Senior Director of IAM & Identity Security oversees a multi-disciplinary organization spanning strategy, architecture, engineering, and operations to deliver measurable improvements in risk posture and control maturity. The Senior Director of IAM & Identity Security emphasizes strategic leadership, cross-functional alignment, transformational problem solving, and executive influence.
A strong technical foundation is required to provide direction and evaluate approaches; however, the primary focus is on organizational leadership, strategic clarity, and enterprise adoption of secure-by-design practices across identity and data domains.
