Job Title: AV & Systems Specialist

Location: Austin, TX – remote 1 day a week - travel for 3-4 days every other month to NY, CA, HI

Job Type: Full-Time, Exempt Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. now and in the future without sponsorship

Compensation: $80, annually DOE + $5,000 bonus

We’re working on a direct hire opportunity with an organization seeking a hands-on AV & Systems Support Specialist. You’ll maintain and troubleshoot high-end AV, automation, and IT systems, providing exceptional service to residents, executives, and family members across multiple properties. This role is ideal for a proactive, tech-savvy professional who thrives in luxury environments and enjoys solving complex technical challenges.

• Support and maintain Savant and Crestron home automation systems
• Troubleshoot AV systems, cable boxes, TVs, media devices, and Talkback systems
• Assist with laptops, phones, and executive-level technology support
• Perform preventive maintenance and monitor integrated systems across properties
• Communicate technical solutions clearly to non-technical users
• Collaborate with IT on special projects and system integration initiatives

• Strong AV and automation system experience (Savant & Crestron preferred)
• Hands-on troubleshooting skills with networked and IP-based AV systems
• Customer service skills and experience in family-facing or executive environments
• Ability to manage multiple requests and projects across locations
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive

• VIP or executive support experience
