Job Summary:

Join our customer’s team as a Statistical Consultant, where you’ll harness your expertise in statistical analysis and communication to drive actionable insights and AI training excellence. In this pivotal role, you will help shape statistical methodologies and ensure the highest data integrity for next-generation AI solutions, contributing to innovative projects that make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and interpret complex statistical data to identify significant patterns and relationships among diverse information sources.
  • Critically evaluate statistical methods and procedures to guarantee data validity, efficiency, and accuracy.
  • Communicate analytical findings clearly by preparing compelling reports, visualizations, graphs, charts, and tables.
  • Assess and recommend appropriate statistical approaches based on user needs, AI objectives, and research questions.
  • Prepare and organize data for processing, diligently checking for inaccuracies and ensuring data quality through adjustment and weighting techniques.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-disciplinary teams to translate statistical findings into actionable AI training strategies.
  • Provide expert guidance in both written and verbal forms, fostering data-driven decision-making within the team.

    Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in statistical analysis, data interpretation, and validation within research or applied AI environments.
  • Advanced proficiency with statistical tools (e.g., R, Python, SAS, SPSS) and data visualization platforms.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail and data storytelling.
  • Demonstrated ability to evaluate and refine statistical methodologies for large and complex data sets.
  • Experience preparing, cleaning, and organizing data for analysis and AI model training.
  • Strong analytical mindset combined with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
  • Deep commitment to ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and applicability of all statistical work.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience in AI model development, training, or evaluation.
  • Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with best practices in data privacy and ethical AI.
