Sr Product Manager - Payments

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• 4+ years of experience in software product development
• Heavy experience working with digital product payments processing
• Experience working in a regulated industry
• Proven ability to lead root-cause analysis and facilitate solution-oriented discussions
• Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience in defining success metrics and tracking KPIs
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Scrum ceremonies
• Data-driven decision-making expertise
• Self-directed with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives

• Previous experience in transportation or education technology industries
• B2G (business to government experience)
• Background in software development or technical writing of user stories and requirements
• Experience with product management tools and analytics platforms
• Knowledge of video evidence management and court docket scheduling applications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent experience
• 4+ years working within a product-driven software environment, ideally with exposure to transportation or educational tech sectors
