ABOUT

THE ROLE AND OUR TEAM

The Knot Worldwide is looking for a highly motivated, Senior CDP / CRM Data Engineer with a passion for delivering value to the business, while helping to ensure that best practices are adopted and followed. You will be responsible for providing technical expertise and mentorship to the team—working on complex and challenging problems alongside other driven and talented team members.

As a Senior CDP/CRM Data Engineer, you will serve as the technical bridge between our data infrastructure and marketing execution. You will partner closely with the CRM team to design scalable data models that prioritize high availability and data quality. Beyond CRM marketing, you will collaborate with Data Engineering, Product, and Core Engineering to build robust pipelines that capture the user behaviors driving our strategic goals.

You will be responsible for orchestrating complex data flows across our CDP, internal APIs, and Data Warehouse to ensure a seamless, unified Mar Tech ecosystem.

We have a small team, meaning you’ll own the full lifecycle of our Mar Tech data. As a key member of this team, you will implement and deliver data solutions in an iterative fashion, spanning the gap between raw data and marketing automation. You’ll work cross-functionally across all stages of the SDLC to ensure our Mar Tech ecosystem provides the high-quality, actionable data required to hit our strategic growth targets.

If you are interested in building Mar Tech data infrastructure; providing performant and scalable services; and making complex integrations smooth, intuitive, and observable, we would love to speak with you.
