Prime Video is a premium streaming service that offers customers a vast collection of TV shows and movies – all with the ease of finding what they love to watch in one place. We offer customers thousands of popular movies and TV shows from Originals and Exclusive content to exciting live sports events. We also offer our members the opportunity to subscribe to add‑on channels which they can cancel at any time and to rent or buy new release movies and TV box sets in the Prime Video Store.

We are seeking an innovative Turkish‑Speaking Content Policy Operations Specialist to support the Prime Video Trust & Safety Operations team in protecting customers from regulatory risk with sound judgment in account enforcement. Prime Video Trust & Safety programs aim to create a globally trusted customer experience by ensuring Prime Video provides content that customers love and trust, along with accurate, meaningful, and complete information to empower customers to make informed viewing choices for themselves and their children.

This role involves reading, viewing, listening to, and examining content to ensure it complies with guidelines. This means that you will sometimes have to view content that we ultimately determine to be non‑compliant, and the content could include challenging or upsetting scenes. • Conduct manual reviews of global content policy compliance operations.
• Make high‑judgement decisions on compliance actions.
• Drive projects that improve support‑related functions and processes, prioritizing ways to leverage technology and automate.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures by coordinating with Policy, Operations and Program teams.
• Document comprehensive content investigations reports.
• Participate in ad‑hoc projects/assignments as necessary.
• Develop subject matter expertise in industry best practice.

• Speak, write, and read fluently in Turkish.
• 3+ years experience in Trust and Safety operations, program, law, risk management, investigations, content compliance, or content ratings.
• Ability to work with sensitive content.
• Help drive critical decisions by analyzing data and surfacing insights to improve efficiency.
• Participate in ad‑hoc projects/assignments as necessary.
• Develop subject matter expertise in industry best practice.

• Experience working effectively across cross‑functional teams and partnering well with people at all levels within an organization.
• Regulatory Compliance Content experience.
• Proven ability to work across functions and across marketplaces to influence senior leaders.
• Experience in threat intelligence research, such as investigating, researching, or analyzing current trends, news, and historical events.
• Experience in policy compliance.
• Ability to identify and solve ambiguous problems; identifying customer needs and inventing new and efficient ways to meet those needs.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
