We are seeking a Senior Web Developer 2 with strong expertise in Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint Online to design, develop, and deploy enterprise automation and intranet solutions. This role involves working closely with stakeholders, enhancing business processes, and providing technical leadership and end‑user support.
Key Responsibilities- Design and deploy Power Platform solutions
- Convert and redesign PDF forms into Microsoft Forms
- Build and integrate Power Automate flows
- Automate business processes and approval workflows
- Integrate Outlook, SharePoint, and Microsoft Forms
- Design and implement SharePoint Online intranet and HUB sites
- Migrate content from Drupal CMS to SharePoint Online
- Manage site collections, permissions, and governance
- Maintain libraries, lists, and workflows
- Implement security, compliance, and governance best practices
- Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint and Power Platform issues
- Provide technical leadership and mentor junior developers
- Conduct end‑user training and documentation
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into solutions
- 5+ years of Power Platform development (Power Automate, Power BI)
- 5+ years of SharePoint Online development and administration
- 5+ years managing enterprise SharePoint M365 environments
- Strong experience with workflows, automation, and data integration
- Experience with HTML/CSS and SharePoint design tools
- Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder communication skills
- 4+ years supporting enterprise users and governance
- Microsoft certifications in SharePoint Online and Power Platform
