IT Consultant, Systems Analyst
Akkodis is seeking a Consultant for a Contract with a client in Austin, TX(Hybrid). Lead the design and development of SAP GTS solutions for trade compliance while driving integration with ECC/S/4
HANA.
$62/hour to $64/hour;
The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Job Responsibilities
- Leading end‑to‑end design and development of SAP GTS solutions for trade compliance, including functional and technical specifications.
- Coordinating integration with SAP ECC/S/4
HANA and partnering with ABAP, Basis, and Data Warehouse teams during implementation. - Performing system configuration, enhancements, and setup, followed by system testing and integration validations.
- Driving requirement analysis, fit‑gap assessments, and preparation of product backlogs with clear justification for deviations from standard functionality.
- Orchestrating UAT with business users, documenting outcomes, and managing change requests through to deployment.
- Utilizing Jira and SDLC best practices (Agile/Waterfall) to manage scope, timelines, risks, and cross‑functional stakeholder communication.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- 6–8 years of hands‑on experience working with SAP GTS and integration to ECC/S4
HANA. - Client requires strong expertise in SAP GTS configuration, functional design, and end‑to‑end solution delivery across compliance and customs processes.
- Client requires the ability to lead requirements analysis, fit‑gap assessments, and cross‑functional coordination with business and technical teams.

Pay Details$62.00 to $64.00 per hour
