- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- Strong experience in supporting Service Now Platform.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalogue, CMDB).
- Experience in working on Service Now Production support projects
- Familiarity with integration concepts (API, Webservices, REST/SOAP).
- Good to have - Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
- Exposure to advanced Service Now modules like Discovery, HRSD, and ITOM.
- Experience in Service Now upgrades and patching activities.
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
- Ability to work in diverse/multiple team stakeholder environment and client interfacing skills.
