Web Content Manager Introduction to the teamTravel Partnerships and Advertising helps partners, including hotels, vacation rentals, airlines, destination marketing organizations (DMOs) and more, deliver excellent traveler and B2B experiences. We drive growth for our partners and the Expedia Group marketplace through competitive supply and our leading advertising and travel media network.
The Web Content Manager will be responsible for creating and updating content on Expedia Group’s partner website. This role will be responsible for delivering projects and pages on time and with rigorous attention to quality and detail. This role will also develop and implement processes to support scalable growth of the partner website and collaborate with developers on bug fixes and new features as a power user of both the site and our content management system.
Inthis role, you will:
- Utilize the content management system to execute regular content updates for the website.
- Author, publish and QA web page layouts and components, verify features, and ensure the pages are functioning properly.
- Troubleshoot website issues and collaborate with developers for fixes as needed.
- Improve content production scalability through optimized processes, automations, or tool changes.
- Manage workflows and execute incoming website change requests, ensuring timelines are met for multiple tasks with shifting priorities.
- Coordinate content flow between designers, producers, writers, and developers.
- Consult with marketers and designers on existing capabilities available to execute content to support their goals.
- Maintain internal resources that educate and inform marketers about available content, best practices, and processes.
- The successful candidate will have 3+ years of experience in web content management, preferably Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Proven track record of effectively managing multiple projects/tasks of varying complexities, troubleshooting and escalating when necessary, meeting deadlines and working well under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, confident with management and able to clearly articulate thoughts and recommendations with attention to detail.
- Experience in creating and implementing processes related to content management.
- Basic knowledge of web standards, accessibility, and SEO.
- Experience with GA 4, Google Tag Manager and Google Search Console a plus.
The total cash range for this position in Austin is $92,500.00 to $. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.
Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
