Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in program management.
  • Experience with the Large Language Model (LLM) life-cycle.
  • Experience in new and emerging capabilities of AI systems.
Preferred qualifications
  • 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Experience navigating and influencing cross-team stakeholders at executive levels.
  • Excellent investigative capabilities and expertise in bringing structure and clarity to complex and ambiguous situations.
  • Ability to work independently and complete projects from end-to-end and in a timely manner.

As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company.

You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $156,000-$229,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
  • Lead and execute ads traffic quality (AdSpam) and publisher quality programs across sellside products to drive business outcomes that promote the mission of a trusted ads ecosystem.
  • Ensure all projects within the program contribute directly to the Trust and Safety (T&S) Consumer business generation strategic objectives; oversee and drive the transformation of business to achieve the long-term goal.
  • Partner with cross-functional program teams influencing alignment on program goals and strategy.
  • Develop relationships and communicate findings to all levels of management.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Enforcement teams to lead the deployment of AI-first, AI-centric, and AI-assisted solutions to automate high-complexity content moderation and fraud detection workflows.
