You will be trusted to:- Develop dashboards and reports using Oracle Analytics tools and techniques.
- Support end‑users by meeting their reporting needs, resolving issues and being an Oracle Analytics champion.
- Define requirements, translate them into system specifications, and deliver Oracle BI Analysis, Data Visualization and Publisher reports.
- Identify data sources, analyze data, and build data models in a relational database structure.
- Validate data and reports to ensure accuracy before migrating to production.
- Test processes and reports during system upgrades and enhancements.
- Nine or more years of experience in BI reporting, business systems analysis, developing and documenting business requirements, functional system support, and serving as a liaison to business partners & IT or other relevant experience. A degree(s) in computer science, information systems, business, data analytics, finance, accounting, or relevant field may be substituted per LCRA guidelines for certain years of experience.
- Strong experience with Business Intelligence reporting systems, especially Oracle Analytics solutions (OBIEE, OAS, OAC, APEX).
- Proficient in SQL and data visualization/storytelling.
- Skilled in business systems analysis, data validation, and quality control.
- Familiar with financial systems (People Soft, SAP, EBS) and reporting practices.
- Experienced in developing, testing and implementing BI reporting within a data warehouse architecture.
- Functional knowledge of database modeling, ETL, and data warehousing.
- Understanding of AI, machine learning, and predictive analytics and how to apply them to reporting solutions.
- Effective communicator and team collaborator with ability to manage competing priorities.
