We are seeking a Senior Microsoft 365 Solutions Developer to design and implement enterprise solutions using Power Platform and SharePoint Online
. This role focuses on automating business processes, building modern intranet solutions, improving collaboration, and enhancing user productivity across the organization.
The ideal candidate brings strong hands‑on experience with Power Automate, Power Apps/Forms, SharePoint Online administration, and Microsoft 365 governance
, along with the ability to work directly with business stakeholders to deliver practical, scalable solutions.
- Design, develop, and deploy Power Platform solutions to automate business processes
- Convert and redesign existing PDF forms into Microsoft Forms
- Build and maintain Power Automate flows to streamline manual and repetitive tasks
- Integrate Microsoft Forms, Outlook, and SharePoint lists within automated workflows
- Implement approval routing and data integration across Microsoft 365 services
- Design and implement a modern SharePoint Online intranet, including Hub sites
- Migrate content (documents, forms, and web content) from legacy CMS platforms to SharePoint Online
- Site collections and site configuration
- Lists, libraries, and content management
- Permissions, groups, and security settings
- Optimize SharePoint structure and governance following best practices
- Respond to helpdesk requests and troubleshoot Power Platform and SharePoint issues
- Work with business users and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions
- Implement best practices for data integrity, security, and governance
- Provide documentation, end‑user training, and ongoing support
- Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance
- 5+ years of experience developing and supporting Power Platform solutions (Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps or Forms)
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience building Power Automate workflows for business process automation
- Strong experience with SharePoint Online development and administration, including intranet design
- Site creation and configuration
- Permissions and security management
- Lists, libraries, and workflow integration
- Solid understanding of custom workflows, automation, and data integration
- Experience with HTML/CSS and SharePoint customization tools
- Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder communication skills
- Experience supporting enterprise users and content governance
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Microsoft certifications in Power Platform and/or SharePoint Online
- Hybrid role based in Austin, TX
- Standard business hours (Monday–Friday)
- Occasional after‑hours or weekend work may be required
- Any travel or onsite expenses are the responsibility of the candidate/vendor unless pre‑approved
- Ability to work under limited supervision
- Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Experience working in structured or regulated environments is a plus
