Alamo Drafthouse is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of technology and cross-functional initiatives through strong agile practices, clear communication, and consistent execution. This role reports to the Sr. Director of Program Management and operates as a hands-on partner to delivery teams, ensuring work is well-planned, visible, and moving forward smoothly.
The Project Coordinator brings practical experience working within agile or agile-inspired environments and is comfortable facilitating team-level ceremonies, tracking commitments, and helping teams stay focused on delivering meaningful outcomes. This role plays a key part in surfacing risks, dependencies, and progress while helping teams continuously improve how they work.
