ITD Junior OnBase Developer (2600490)

Position Information:

Join our Enterprise Content Management team as a Junior Developer and gain hands‑on experience building, supporting, and improving systems used across the organization—with guidance from experienced professionals every step of the way. We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Junior Developer to join our Enterprise Content Management (ECM) team.

This entry‑level role is ideal for recent graduates with a background in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields who are eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment. You will be assisting the design, development, and maintenance of OnBase solutions that support business processes and improve operational efficiency.

Salary

Minimum Salary: 65,000.00

Maximum Salary: 75,000.00

Responsibilities
  • Support the configuration and maintenance of OnBase or other ECM solutions, including workflows, forms, and document management, under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Work closely with developers and business analysts to learn how business requirements are translated into technical solutions.
  • Assist with testing and debugging applications by following established test plans and documenting results.
  • Help create and update technical and end‑user documentation, ensuring information is clear, accurate, and up to date.
  • Provide basic end‑user support, escalating issues as needed and learning troubleshooting best practices.
  • Participate in system monitoring and issue investigation, gaining exposure to production support processes.
  • Learn and stay informed about platform updates, enhancements, and best practices, applying guidance from senior team members.
  • Assist in the development, configuration, and deployment of OnBase solutions including workflows, forms, Unity scripts, and document management.
  • Collaborate with senior developers and business analysts to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Participate in testing, debugging, and documentation of OnBase applications.
  • Provide end‑user support and training as needed.
  • Monitor system performance and assist in troubleshooting issues.
  • Stay current with OnBase platform updates and best practices.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer/Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or related discipline. Relevant work experience may be substituted for degree on a year per year basis.

Experience: 2 years of experience in systems analysis, application systems support, or related work experience. (Experience can be satisfied by full time or prorated part time equivalent). Related graduate level education may be substituted for experience on a year per year basis.

Licenses and

Certifications:

Valid driver’s license. This position requires driving a state vehicle.

  • Proficient in SQL, C#
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions

    Lift up to 10 lbs at a time and occasionally carry files/small tools.
