Salesforce Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to manage and optimize our Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will ensure data integrity, streamline processes through automation, and provide exceptional user support. This role requires Salesforce expertise, strong problem‑solving skills, and experience integrating third‑party tools to enhance operational efficiency.

• Maintain and configure Salesforce platform to meet business needs.
• Ensure data integrity through regular audits and cleanup.
• Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions.

• Perform ongoing data cleanup and validation.
• Monitor and maintain accurate records across all Salesforce objects.

• Create and maintain reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Ensure timely updates and accuracy of reporting tools.

• Design and implement Flow automation and other declarative tools.
• Utilize Salesforce for automation and integration of business processes.

• Manage and support third‑party tool integrations, including Ternio and Five
  9.

• Provide day‑to‑day support for Salesforce users.
• Troubleshoot issues and deliver training sessions as needed.

• Maintain adherence to Salesforce best practices and security standards.

• Salesforce Certified Administrator (Advanced certification preferred).
• Proven experience in Salesforce administration, including:
• Flow automation and declarative tools.
• Data integrity management and cleanup.
• Report and dashboard maintenance.
• Experience with Salesforce automation and integration.
• Familiarity with third‑party sales tools and integrations (e.g., Ternio, Five9).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and user support capabilities.

• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce platform features.
• Experience with Five9 administration and optimizing connect rates.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
