Job Title: Senior SharePoint & Power Platform Architect

Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid)

Employment: Contract

Pay Rate: $60/hour on W2

We are seeking a Senior SharePoint & Power Platform Architect to help modernize collaboration, automate processes, and improve governance across a Microsoft 365 environment. This is a senior, high-impact role — not a ticket-level developer position. You will lead design, architecture, and automation solutions that support enterprise-wide users.

• Build enterprise solutions using Power Automate, Power BI, and Microsoft Forms

• Turn manual or PDF-based processes into secure, automated workflows
  .
• Create advanced flows with multi-level approvals, Outlook integration, and SharePoint connectivity.
• Ensure all automation follows governance, compliance, and data standards
  .
• Plan and implement a modern SharePoint intranet
  , including hub site structure.
• Lead content migration from legacy systems into SharePoint Online.
• Design scalable site collections, libraries, and structured content.
• Modernize permissions, group structures, and security settings.
• Administer and maintain enterprise-level SharePoint environments.
• Work with business stakeholders to turn requirements into technical solutions.
• Mentor and guide team members on best practices and architecture

• Resolve escalated SharePoint and Power Platform issues.
• Deliver documentation, training, and knowledge transfer for smooth adoption.

• 5+ years in Power Platform development (Power Automate, Power BI).
• 5+ years senior SharePoint Online experience in enterprise environments.
• Strong skills in workflow design, lists/libraries, automation strategy, and data integration.
• Hands‑on management of SharePoint environments, permissions, and governance.
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for SharePoint customization

• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Microsoft certifications in SharePoint Online or Power Platform.
• Experience creating enterprise governance models and best practices.

• Work on a large-scale Microsoft 365 environment
