About

The Role

We’re hiring a Workforce Technology Implementation Lead to support both client delivery and internal operations. This is a hybrid role, part consultant, part builder. You’ll play a key role in implementing multiple workforce technology systems depending on the client, including HRIS/HCM, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Benefits, ATS, and related integrations.

This role is focused on implementation and enablement, not payroll processing. You will help clients successfully configure and launch their systems, validate workflows through testing, and train teams so they can confidently run the systems after go‑live.

What You’ll Do

Client Delivery (80%)

  • Lead and support workforce technology implementations from kickoff through go-live
  • Implement and configure systems based on client requirements and best practices
  • Own end-to-end implementation work streams including:
    • Discovery and requirements translation
    • Configuration and setup
    • Data migration, validation, and reconciliation
    • Workflow testing and QA
    • Go‑live planning and execution support
  • Collaborate with vendors and partners during implementation to ensure successful outcomes
  • Support integrations and connected workflows (examples: time‑to‑payroll, benefits feeds, onboarding workflows, reporting exports)
  • Guide clients through system setup, workflows, permissions, and process design
  • Deliver client enablement:
    • Training sessions
    • Admin documentation and handoff
    • Adoption support during launch period
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and drive milestones, deliverables, and project outcomes

Internal Ops & Methodology (20%)

  • Help refine, build, and document Evolve Up’s delivery playbooks, templates, and implementation assets
  • Review and revamp repeatable workflows and tools for system implementations
  • Collaborate directly with the founder and teammates to improve internal operations and delivery infrastructure
  • Contribute to AI‑enhanced tools and workflows (training provided if needed)
What We’re Looking For
  • 2–8+ years of experience with workforce technology such as HRIS/HCM, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Benefits Admin, ATS, Resource Management, or PSA tools
  • Hands‑on experience implementing multiple systems, including configuration, setup, and data migration
  • Experience working with systems such as Paychex, Pay Pro, UKG, Rippling, HiBob, ADP (or comparable platforms)
  • Experience collaborating with external vendors and partners during implementations
  • Strong experience with data migration, validation, reconciliation, and testing
  • 2+ years in client‑facing roles, including leading meetings, managing timelines, and presenting to stakeholders
  • Strong execution skills: organized, proactive, and detail‑oriented
  • Confident communicator (verbal, written, and presentations)
  • Reliable and professional: attends meetings, shows up prepared, and follows through
  • Comfortable in a fast‑paced environment with ambiguity and changing priorities
  • Experience with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, Gmail, Meets)
Nice to Have
  • Familiarity with tools such as Visier, Radancy, Greenhouse, iCIMS, Bamboo
