Our client is expanding their Service Desk team and looking for a dependable, customer focused
* Help Desk Analyst
* who can thrive in a fastpaced enterprise environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, problem solving, and supporting end users with clear, professional communication.
Required Skills

* * 1+ year of Help Desk or Service Desk experience
* * Strong knowledge of
* Windows OS, Office 365, and Active Directory
* * Solid troubleshooting abilities and effective communication skills
What You'll Be Doing

* Provide end-user support via
* phone, email, and chat
* * Troubleshoot issues with
* Windows devices, PCs, printers, and applications
* * Work with basic networking concepts (
* DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP*)

* Triage and escalate high-impact incidents

* Assist leadership with
* process improvements
* and documentation

* Support small technical projects as needed

* Break down technical issues into
* simple, user-friendly explanations
* Schedule & Hybrid Setup

* * Hybrid:
* Onsite
* Monday-Thursday*, remote
* Fridays
* * After 90 days, strong performers may qualify for
* 2 remote days per week

* * Day shift

* * 3+ weeks onsite training

* This is a Contract position based out of Austin, TX.

* Pay and Benefits
* The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.25/hr.
Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
