Position Summary

The HRIS Administrator is responsible for HR system administration, including business process configuration, reporting development, end-user training, and data management in support of all RPM HRIS products including UKG and iCIMS.

Responsibilities
  • Provide functional and technical support within UKG, iCIMS and other HR systems.
  • Work collaboratively with HR, Marketing, Analytics, Finance, and IT to align technology and implement standard processes and controls to maintain data integrity and consistency across systems.
  • Implement and document a short- and long-term system strategy including but not limited to identifying and recommending improvements to the system and content management and retention.
  • Assess technology and provide recommendations for system enhancements in collaboration with the HR Technology Manager.
  • Partner with IT teams to monitor, update, and maintain data feeds between HR, Operations systems, and vendors.
  • Update, audit, and maintain employee and operations data in HR platforms.
  • Work with vendors to prepare for system updates and ensure RPM maximizes available technology and follows best practices.
  • Document processes to create reference guides and instructional materials to reduce process errors by end users.
  • Analyze platform usage and capabilities; recommend and implement improvements.
  • Prepare reports and provide system data to HR Leadership and other end users as needed.
  • Ensures system compliance with data security and privacy requirements.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology or similar; or 2-4 years’ experience working with information technologies and systems analysis; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Administration experience with UKG and/or iCIMS required.
  • Strong computer, software, and analytical skills.
  • Proven ability to assess business needs and translate them into relevant solutions.
  • Strong understanding and knowledge of the principles and practices associated with database maintenance and administration.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Teams preferred.
Physical Requirements
  • May be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
  • Must be able to read documents, computer screens and data.
  • Must be able to hear and understand verbal communications in person and over the phone or computer.
  • May occasionally be required to lift or carry items such as files or office supplies weighing up to 15 pounds.
  • Must be able to operate a computer, keyboard, mouse and other office equipment.
Work Environment
  • This is a hybrid role, requiring the associate to work in our Austin office three days per week based on managers’ discretion.
  • The office is an open setting which may include bright lights, constant noises and distractions.
