About the Role

As a GTM Sourcer
, you will own top of funnel strategy supporting Ninja One’s global go to market organization across North America and EMEA, with a focused alignment to Enterprise IT, MSP, Channel, and Partner motions. You will partner closely with Global Revenue leadership across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Sales Engineering, Channel, MSP, and strategic functions to identify, engage, and pipeline high-impact talent aligned to complex, enterprise deal cycles.

This role requires strong enterprise market intelligence, competitive mapping, and a deep understanding of MSP and Internal IT buyer segments. You will proactively build diverse, high-quality pipelines while delivering actionable market insights that shape hiring strategy globally.

Location – Hybrid based in Austin, TX (or willing to relocate unassisted to work in-office 2 days per week).

• Build and execute global sourcing strategies across GTM functions including Sales, Customer Success, Sales Engineering, Marketing, Channel, MSP, Partner, and Revenue Operations
• Align sourcing strategy to customer segments including Enterprise, Mid Market, Managed Service Providers, Internal IT organizations, and partner ecosystems
• Partner with global hiring leaders to understand segment focus, revenue motion, and regional hiring priorities
• Develop segment informed talent pipelines that reflect deal complexity, quota structures, recurring revenue models, and regional GTM design
• Conduct competitive intelligence and org mapping across software companies serving IT, MSP, and enterprise buyers
• Identify and engage passive talent experienced in direct sales, partner led motions, MSP ecosystems, and customer retention models
• Deliver ongoing market insights including talent availability, competitive movement, compensation trends, and sourcing pipeline health
• Track sourcing metrics, response rates, and funnel conversion data to refine strategy
• Conduct initial interviews assessing performance history, quota attainment, customer segment exposure, culture alignment, and geographic alignment
• Maintain accurate and compliant candidate data practices including GDPR awareness for EMEA outreach
• Build long term global talent communities aligned to GTM growth priorities
• Partner cross functionally with Recruiting Operations, Marketing, and Revenue leadership to ensure employer positioning resonates across segments
• Other duties as needed

• 3+ years sourcing experience supporting GTM hiring within B2B SaaS
• Experience sourcing across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Sales Engineering, Channel, or Partner roles
• Familiarity with Enterprise, Mid Market, MSP, or Internal IT buyer motions
• Understanding of direct and partner driven revenue models
• Experience conducting competitive mapping and segment based market research
• Demonstrated ability to build advanced Boolean searches and execute Linked In Recruiter projects
• Experience working inside an ATS (preferably Jobvite or Greenhouse)
• Comfortable reporting on sourcing analytics and refining strategy based on data
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized and comfortable managing global searches across regions and time zones
