Soft Pvt Ltd, a fast-growing global technology services and product engineering company. We design, build, and scale SaaS products and enterprise digital platforms for clients across the US and APAC regions.

We are seeking a Senior Product & Program Manager to own both product strategy and multi-team program execution. This role is responsible for defining product vision and roadmap while also ensuring complex initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals.

This is a high-ownership role working closely with executive leadership, engineering, design, sales, and client stakeholders.

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company objectives
• Conduct market research, customer discovery, and competitive analysis
• Translate business needs into clear product requirements and user stories
• Own backlog prioritization and release planning
• Define and track product success metrics (adoption, revenue, retention, NPS)

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex programs involving multiple teams and work streams
• Define program governance, milestones, dependencies, and success metrics
• Manage timelines, budgets, resources, and risk mitigation plans
• Coordinate across engineering, QA, design, sales, and external partners
• Ensure consistent execution using Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery models
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
• Provide regular status updates to executive leadership and clients
• Drive alignment between product strategy and delivery execution
• Handle escalations and ensure high customer satisfaction
• Continuously improving delivery and product management processes

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in Product Management, Program Management, or hybrid roles
• Proven experience managing SaaS or enterprise technology products
• Strong experience leading multi-team, cross-functional programs
• Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working with globally distributed teams

• MBA or advanced degree
• PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or equivalent certification
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Salesforce, or similar)
• Prior experience in a startup or scale-up environment
• Background in technology consulting or services organizations
