- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Customer Success Manager in SaaS companies
- Hands-on experience leading onboarding and implementation processes
- Strong understanding of CRM systems such as Salesforce, Dynamics, or Hub Spot
- Excellent interpersonal communication and customer-oriented skills
- Ability to communicate in English at a mother-tongue level
- Experience with CPQ tools
- Background in roles such as Presales, Sales Engineer, or Technical Account Manager
- Proven ability to lead workshops and technical training sessions
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
