What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout implementation, onboarding, and ongoing adoption of the platform
  • Conduct customer meetings to understand business objectives and identify opportunities for value and ROI
  • Train new customers and provide technical sessions to ensure smooth platform transitions
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support teams to advocate for customer needs and enhance their experience
  • Drive upsell and expansion opportunities within existing accounts while addressing customer issues proactively
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Customer Success Manager in SaaS companies
  • Hands-on experience leading onboarding and implementation processes
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems such as Salesforce, Dynamics, or Hub Spot
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and customer-oriented skills
  • Ability to communicate in English at a mother-tongue level
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience with CPQ tools
  • Background in roles such as Presales, Sales Engineer, or Technical Account Manager
  • Proven ability to lead workshops and technical training sessions
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
