As a Senior Integration Developer – Oracle Cloud Integrations, you will be the definitive technical expert responsible for developing, maintaining, governing, and standardizing all data movement involving an Oracle Fusion ERP/EPM Cloud environment. This highly influential role serves as the primary liaison between the Finance & Legal IT organization and the central Enterprise Architecture (EA) function, ensuring that all Oracle integrations—primarily those built on Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)—adhere to established enterprise reference architecture, security standards, and integration best practices
This role designs the most complex and critical integration patterns across the full Oracle footprint, including Finance, SCM, and EPM.

Responsibilities- Act as the gatekeeper for Oracle integration design and enforce enterprise standards, patterns, and protocols including API-led connectivity, asynchronous messaging, and canonical data models.
- Define and evolve the long-term technical roadmap for the Oracle Integration Cloud platform to ensure scalability, security, and alignment with enterprise architecture.
- Lead formal technical design reviews for high-risk or high-volume integrations such as OTC, PTP, and SCM execution flows to validate architecture, performance, and compliance.
- Establish and enforce best practices for OIC components including orchestrations, adapters, and security across internal teams and partners.
- Architect and design complex, cross-functional, and real-time integrations for the Oracle Fusion ecosystem including master data synchronization, multi-cloud exchanges, and high-volume transactions.
- Provide mentorship and technical direction to senior technical leads, business systems analysts, and external development teams.
- Define and validate security standards for integration endpoints and interfaces including OAuth and API Gateway configurations to ensure secure and reliable transmission.
- Collaborate with ALM and platform teams to define OIC environment standards, deployment automation, monitoring, and error-handling strategies.
- Perform expert-level troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex integration issues affecting business continuity.
- Create and maintain architectural artifacts, integration patterns, and service catalogs for all Oracle integrations.
- 10+ years of IT experience focused on Enterprise Architecture, Integration, or Middleware platforms.
- 6+ years of hands-on experience architecting, designing, and governing enterprise-scale integrations for ERP, SCM, EPM, or GTM systems such as SAP, Oracle EBS, or Oracle Fusion.
- Expert-level experience with Oracle Integration Cloud including REST, SOAP, ERP, and Database adapters, mappings, and orchestrations.
- Proven experience partnering with Enterprise Architecture organizations to define and enforce integration standards.
- Strong understanding of SOA, microservices, API management, OAuth, SAML, and data transformation patterns.
- Familiarity with Oracle ATP as a backend database supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud integrations.
- Oracle Integration Cloud or equivalent middleware certification such as Mule Soft or Boomi (preferred).
- Experience supporting or architecting integrations during a Net Suite to Oracle Fusion migration (preferred).
- Knowledge of security, governance, and networking concepts within Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (preferred).
- Oracle Integration Cloud certification or equivalent middleware certification such as Mule Soft or Boomi (preferred).
