General Description:

This team member is responsible for synthesizing historic grant program information currently maintained in .csv format into a comprehensive database, including designing the database, standardizing data and populating it into the database, and developing methodologies for entering and updating new data on an ongoing basis. The role will involve maintaining the database to ensure data integrity and accessibility.

Additionally, the position requires creating analytics and visualizations, integrating other demographic and geographic information, to support leadership decisions, including developing interactive dashboards and map overlays using GIS tools. Utilize various software and visualization tools to design, manage, and maintain data visualizations to interpret trends, monitor service delivery and performance, track key performance indicators, and assess whether grant-awarded organizations meet established performance benchmarks.
