Rate Range: $53/hour to $55/hour;
The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Project Manager II job responsibilities include:
- Oversee end-to-end localization project planning and execution to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of UI features.
- Develop detailed localization requirement documents for engineering teams to support feature development.
- Monitor translation output and track quality metrics across project phases to maintain accuracy and consistency.
- Coordinate closely with Localization QA teams to define and implement in-context QA strategies for all features.
- Collaborate across localization functions to build and maintain glossaries, terminology, and reference materials.
- Communicate project status, risks, and progress updates to stakeholders throughout major development milestones.
- Candidate must have a bachelor's degree in linguistics, localization, computer science, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience managing localization projects, workflows, or content delivery operations.
- Candidate must have strong capability in producing detailed localization requirements and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality outputs.
- Candidate must have proven experience collaborating with localization QA teams and managing terminology resources to drive consistency across products and content.

Pay Details: $53.00 to $55.00 per hour
