• Analyze and document As-Is processes using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
• Design To-Be workflows, transition plans, and implementation roadmaps
• Translate optimized processes into functional and non-functional system requirements
• Collaborate with product, IT, and operations teams to align process improvements with technology solutions (modular/low-code)
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops, process mapping sessions, and training
• Define metrics to measure performance improvements and ROI
• Provide data-driven recommendations and support change management efforts

• 10+ years of experience in process engineering, operations optimization, or business process improvement
• Proven experience evaluating and optimizing end-to-end business processes
• Six Sigma Black Belt certification

• Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency with process modeling tools (e.g., Visio)

• Experience in government or regulated environments
• Familiarity with low-code or process automation platforms
• Lean certification
