D.R. Horton, Inc. is currently looking for a Systems Support Specialist I for their Corporate IT Department. The right candidate will act as the key contact for user application provisioning and de‑provisioning specific to selected FS applications. The Level 1 Specialist also provides user guidance and first‑level support by assisting in problem resolution or escalating when necessary.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Administer maintenance of third party vendor accounts for internal employees
- Conduct reviews of third party vendor account access
- Respond to user requests for information and assist in problem resolution
- Organize and respond to requests received via email, direct phone calls or voicemails
- Record and document problems and associated resolutions in Cherwell tracking system
- Escalate issues, as appropriate, to Level II or Level III Systems Support Specialists
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
QualificationsEducation and/or Experience
One year certificate from college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Certificates, Licenses, RegistrationsNot essential, however any mortgage related certificate, computer or IT certificate beneficial.
Other QualificationsMust have the ability to work well with people from many different disciplines with varying degrees of technical expertise. Must have a zeal for customer service excellence. Must also be knowledgeable of PC applications such as MS Office.
