You own top-of-funnel growth. Target the right buyers. Craft the message. Book qualified meetings. No busywork.

What You’ll Do
  • Identify buyers inside charter and aviation accounts
  • Segment audiences using Hub Spot and Jet Net
  • Write high-converting outbound email sequences
  • Launch and optimize Hub Spot drip campaigns
  • Propose webinar ideas tied to market pain
  • Book qualified meetings for AEs
  • Track reply rates and improve messaging
Must-Haves
  • 1–2 years B2B SDR experience
  • Strong outbound email copy skills
  • Comfortable with high outbound call and email activity
  • Confident using Hub Spot or similar CRM
  • Authorized to work in the U.S
  • Top 25% performer in a current or previous SDR Role
Nice to Have
  • Aviation or charter exposure
  • Webinar or campaign support experience
  • Experience pulling lists in Hub Spot
  • Familiar with outbound psychology
