What You’ll Do- Identify buyers inside charter and aviation accounts
- Segment audiences using Hub Spot and Jet Net
- Write high-converting outbound email sequences
- Launch and optimize Hub Spot drip campaigns
- Propose webinar ideas tied to market pain
- Book qualified meetings for AEs
- Track reply rates and improve messaging
- 1–2 years B2B SDR experience
- Strong outbound email copy skills
- Comfortable with high outbound call and email activity
- Confident using Hub Spot or similar CRM
- Authorized to work in the U.S
- Top 25% performer in a current or previous SDR Role
- Aviation or charter exposure
- Webinar or campaign support experience
- Experience pulling lists in Hub Spot
- Familiar with outbound psychology
- Pay: $50,000–$70,000 + $10,000 - $15,000 variable compensation tied to revenue-backed results
- Clear path to AE in 6–12 months (performance-based)
