• Work in close collaboration with the Application Developers, peer Support Leads, Application Managers, Offshore teams and Infrastructure Support.
• Must Have Day to Day Responsibilities:
• Minimum 7 years of experience in application support and problem diagnosis; able to investigate issues, resolve problems, and communicate status.
• Manage user query mailbox effectively; understand the scope of teams work and ensure timely and appropriate responses for all user queries.
• Attend Face to Face interview.
• 2+ years of experience developing support tooling and automation using Python and JavaScript.
• 4+ years of experience responding to and resolving feed support issues for Autosys and Python-based batches.
• 2+ years of experience managing alerts and monitoring of critical trading system environments using ITRS.
• 2+ years of experience with incident management - provide timely and accurate user notifications as well as management escalations when needed.
• Documentation and knowledge management.
• Follow up and coordinate resolutions with various development teams.
• Assist with metrics reporting for Python-based systems and Java applications.
• Coordinate and perform Business Continuity testing and related paperwork.
• Organize and run meetings independently for issue resolution.
• Identify scope for automation to reduce manual, repeating tasks.

• 2+ years experience with Python development.
• 2+ years with Quartz.
• 3+ years experience in Linux/Unix environment.
• 2+ years experience with SQL.
• 2+ years experience with Shell scripting.
• 2+ years experience with ITRS Geneos.
• 2+ years experience with Splunk.
• 1+ year experience with Ansible.
• 2+ years experience with Dynatrace.
• Knowledge of FI Derivatives, Bonds, MTGE Loans, FIX Connectivity.

Pay Range: $70/hr to $72/hr pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
