Job Summary:

Cisco Thousand Eyes empowers organizations to assure every digital experience across every network. As a Project Manager, you will oversee technical implementation projects, ensuring that use cases are deployed smoothly and on time while maintaining services in a FedRAMP compliant environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and plan the IT project implementation from the initiation until closure

• Build strong customer and internal stakeholder relationships, create robust project plans and drive engagement successfully towards completion

• Monitor and track action items through to closure. Record and manage all decisions, risks or issues

• Coordinate Thousand Eyes project resources to drive performance

• Contribute to continuous PMO process improvements by promoting and highlighting successful experiences

• Act as a key contact for the customer and escalation point for project issues

• Drive the formal acceptance of the project, contract close-out and it’s acknowledgement by customer

Qualifications:

Required:

• Min. 2-3 + years of Project Management experience

• Direct experience leading all phases of the IT software implementation project lifecycle

• Familiarity with web technologies (deployment, maintenance, debugging) including REST APIs

• Experience running multiple projects simultaneously with cross-team dependencies

• Experience working with senior level customer collaborators

• Able to take consultative approach ensuring scope and project boundaries are maintained

• Problem solver who seeks the best solutions for both customers and Thousand Eyes team

• Confident and clear presenter

• Able to work creatively in environment where not all processes are present

• Mindset to improve existing processes when gaps/issues are uncovered

• Proactive and independent approach to assigned tasks and discovered issues
