The AWS Partner Systems team supports external and internal Partner Sales, the APN, and other elements driving the AWS partner ecosystem, serving partners, customers, and internal users who drive AWS sales and adoption via partners.

SMGS is responsible for revenue, adoption, and growth from small‑ and mid‑market accounts to enterprise and public‑sector customers. The Global Support team delivers world‑class support critical to customer success and partners with customers building mission‑critical applications on AWS.

• Help take Partner Central to the next level as a Software Development Engineer, owning significant portions of the product and influencing strategy.
• Design, develop, and maintain services that process millions of transactions in a secure environment.
• Work across the entire stack—from front‑end user experience to robust platform services and system‑level components.
• Be customer‑centric and passionate about building quality software and achieving operational excellence.
• Contribute to team communication, teamwork, and hustle.

• 3+ years of non‑internship professional software development experience
• 1+ year as a software development engineer or related professional role
• 1+ year designing and developing large‑scale, multi‑tiered, multi‑threaded, embedded or distributed software applications using C#, C++, Java, or Perl
• 1+ year Object‑Oriented Design experience
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field

• 3+ years of full software development life cycle experience (coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, operations)
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent

The base salary range for this position is USD  –  annually. The package includes sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs).
