As a Brand Technical Specialist for Identity & Access Management products within IBM's Automation Platform, you will act as a technical consultant to IBM clients and sellers by architecting solutions and delivering Proofs of Technology. You will utilize your technical expertise to support the delivery of Identity & Access Management products, including Expert Essentials IAM, MaaS
360 Mobile Security and Management, Trusteer Fraud Protection, Verify, Verify Governance, Verify Identity Protection, and Verify Privilege.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Architect Solutions:
Design and implement Identity & Access Management solutions to meet client needs, utilizing products such as Expert Essentials IAM and MaaS
360 Mobile Security and Management. - Deliver Proofs of Technology:
Develop and deliver Proofs of Technology to demonstrate the capabilities of Identity & Access Management products, including Trusteer Fraud Protection and Verify. - Support Solution Delivery:
Collaborate with clients and sellers to understand requirements and deliver tailored solutions using Identity & Access Management products. - Provide Technical Expertise:
Apply technical knowledge to support the delivery of Identity & Access Management products, including Verify Governance, Verify Identity Protection, and Verify Privilege.
- Exposure to Identity & Access Management products:
Familiarity with products such as Expert Essentials IAM, MaaS
360 Mobile Security and Management, Trusteer Fraud Protection, Verify, Verify Governance, Verify Identity Protection, and Verify Privilege. - Technical Consulting
Experience:
Background in providing technical guidance to clients and sellers, architecting solutions, and delivering Proofs of Technology. - Solution Design and Implementation:
Experience designing and implementing Identity & Access Management solutions to meet client needs. - Product Knowledge:
Understanding of Identity & Access Management products, including their capabilities and applications. - Technical Delivery Support:
Exposure to collaborating with clients and sellers to deliver tailored solutions using Identity & Access Management products.
- Additional Identity & Access Management Products Knowledge:
Exposure to other Identity & Access Management products and technologies, including emerging trends and innovations in the field, would be beneficial in this role. - Advanced Technical Consulting
Skills:
Experience working with clients and sellers to understand complex technical requirements and develop tailored solutions using Identity & Access Management products would be an asset. - Industry-Specific Knowledge:
Familiarity with industry-specific Identity & Access Management challenges and solutions, such as those in finance, healthcare, or government, would be advantageous in this position.
