Overview Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, install, configure and maintain workstation and associated peripheral configurations (hardware and software)
- Perform IT equipment moves for current employees and new hires
- Monitor and report client-level computer system performance
- Administer accounts, network rights, and access to systems and equipment
- Perform and complete New Hire and Departure Checklist IT Tasks
- Baseline reclaimed and new IT systems in accordance with established procedures and guidelines
- Be able to enter, update, track and close out all assigned support tickets
- Assist with the administration and maintenance of the telephone system, including setup and configuration of phone extensions and telephones, and the telephone database
- Assist with Dell warranty part replacements
- Track software licenses and physical assets
- Analyze and resolve end user hardware and software computer problems in a timely and accurate fashion, and provide end-user training where required
- IT equipment disposal, as needed
- Other duties, as assigned
