• Deliver training on UKG Pro Scheduler tasks, such as shift creation, schedule edits, time-off approvals, shift swaps, and forecasting.
• Facilitate hands‑on practice in sandbox environments using realistic scheduling scenarios.
• Support users in navigating dashboards, interpreting system messages, and managing schedule exceptions.
• Provide live support during training waves and go‑live events.
• Reinforce compliance‑related scheduling practices as reflected in the system.

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

• Hands‑on experience with UKG Pro Scheduler and timekeeping environments or similar workforce management systems.
• 3-5 years of training experience
• Strong facilitation and troubleshooting skills during real‑time or system use.
