We are seeking a Mid-Level Mongo

DB Administrator to join our database team within a large enterprise environment. The role focuses on managing Mongo

DB databases, supporting sharded clusters, and ensuring system performance and reliability across AWS and Linux platforms.

DB distribute data across multiple replica sets (shards) to achieve horizontal scalability and high availability.)

• Administer and maintain Mongo
  
  DB databases in production
• Support and manage Mongo
  
  DB sharded clusters
• Monitor database performance and troubleshoot issues
• Work within AWS and Linux environments
• Use Mongo
  
  DB Ops Manager for monitoring, automation, and backups
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve database reliability and performance

• 5+ years of Mongo
  
  DB administration experience
• Hands‑on experience with Mongo
  
  DB sharding
• Working knowledge of AWS and Linux systems
• Experience with Mongo
  
  DB Ops Manager
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills

• Exposure to SRE or Dev Ops environments
• Basic scripting knowledge (Bash or Python)
