About the Role
As a Solutions Technical Architect, you will define the overall technical structure of client projects, research and analyze client needs, create user scenarios, prepare data models, design information structures, workflows, technical specifications, and test methods, and build implementation plans and estimates.
Key Responsibilities- Implement the architecture in collaboration with the project team, using agile methodologies like Scrum.
- Deliver Salesforce Marketing Cloud projects.
- Determine the appropriate solution based on cost-benefit analysis and research.
- Explain requirements to designers and developers and oversee progress.
- Provide feedback, summary, and information about your projects, agree on plans with the client, and break down large-scale projects into manageable chunks.
You will join a technical team of over 100 colleagues, working alongside Architects, Developers, Technical Project Managers, account teams, Data Specialists, and client technical teams.
Required Experience & Qualifications- 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud architect or technical consultant, preferably at an agency.
- Extensive experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Experience with client-based projects and ability to meet deadlines within agreed budgets.
- Experience in workflow engines and ability to design database structures and models.
- Ability to explain complex technical solutions to clients.
- Proficiency in SQL, XML, JSON, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and one or more programming languages.
