Business Systems/ Tech Analyst
In this position, you'll work at the intersection of sales, marketing, and customer and partner engagement, contributing to pipeline generation across multiple sales segments. You'll collaborate with Marketing, Specialty Sales and Services, Business Development, AWS Partners, and AWS Sales Leadership to execute and refine customer engagement strategies. This role has a heavy focus on the integration points with AWS Marketing and manages lead flow quality and expectations into the Customer Acquisition organization.
Keyresponsibilities
- Cross‑Functional Marketing Partnership & Advocacy:
Serve as the primary liaison between Customer Acquisition and AWS Marketing, build relationships, represent CA interests in planning forums, advocate for SLAs, and hold marketing counterparts accountable. - Marketing SME & Strategic Advisor:
Translate marketing strategies into actionable guidance for CA, identify gaps, and drive data‑backed recommendations to optimize lead flow, conversion rates. - SLAs Governance & Performance Management:
Define, measure, and enforce SLAs between Customer Acquisition and Marketing, lead operating cadences to review performance, surface risks, and drive corrective action. - General Campaign Team Responsibilities:
- Lead customer‑facing sales engagement at live and virtual events or via direct campaign execution, including prospecting calls and discovery meetings.
- Forecast, track, and report campaign effectiveness metrics and ROI to internal stakeholders, continuously optimizing campaigns.
- Advise and spearhead technology and tool adoption plans to support pipeline and revenue generation.
- Drive timely decisions, identify risks, propose solutions, and elevate blockers appropriately.
- 5+ years of program or project management experience.
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
- Experience owning program strategy, end‑to‑end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience.
- Master’s degree or MBA in management, business administration, economics, engineering, or marketing.
- Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas).
- Knowledge of general AI tools.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
