This isn’t a "fill jobs" role - you’ll have full ownership of your market, the autonomy to grow your desk, and the backing of a business that genuinely rewards performance.

• Building and owning your own tech recruitment desk (360)
• Winning new business across high-growth tech clients
• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from BD through to placement
• Partnering with founders, hiring managers, and scaling tech teams
• Working roles across areas like Software Engineering, Data, Dev Ops, or Product

• Competitive base + market-leading commission (uncapped)

• 1–3 years recruitment experience (tech preferred but not essential)
• Proven billings or strong potential
