Customer Success & GTM Lead – AI Platform
Responsibility to drive enterprise adoption, customer success, and go-to-market execution for Lumenci AI, a next-generation AI-powered patent intelligence platform.
Position OverviewThis highly strategic and customer-facing role sits at the intersection of product, customer success, consulting services, enterprise AI adoption, and revenue growth. The role works closely with the Vice President of Product, AI Platform & IP Intelligence to shape product adoption strategy, customer workflows, product feedback loops, and market expansion initiatives for Lumenci AI.
Customer Success & Enterprise AI Platform Adoption- Onboard law firms, enterprise customers, and early AI platform adopters.
- Guide customers through AI-powered product workflows and implementation processes.
- Drive successful adoption of Lumenci AI across customer organizations.
- Translate customer needs, workflow challenges, and adoption barriers into actionable product improvements.
- Build trusted, long-term relationships with enterprise stakeholders and executive sponsors.
- Support customer lifecycle management and ongoing SaaS platform adoption strategies.
- Help customers operationalize AI-enabled workflows within legal and IP environments.
- Identify and recruit pilot customers and beta participants.
- Structure pilot programs with measurable business objectives and success criteria.
- Coordinate onboarding, enablement, and implementation activities.
- Collect structured customer feedback, usage insights, and workflow intelligence.
- Partner with Product and leadership teams to refine product-market fit.
- Convert pilot programs into subscription, usage-based, or long-term commercial engagements.
- Help develop scalable customer onboarding strategy and customer success motions.
- Identify high-value early adopter segments across legal, IP, and enterprise markets.
- Support product positioning, messaging, and commercialization strategies.
- Build customer waitlists, beta programs, and early adoption initiatives.
- Support enterprise sales conversations, customer presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Help establish repeatable onboarding and strategic customer engagement processes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally across product, engineering, consulting, sales, and executive leadership teams.
- Conduct structured customer discovery interviews.
- Identify emerging customer pain points, workflow inefficiencies, and AI adoption opportunities.
- Monitor competing legal tech, AI, and enterprise SaaS platforms.
- Provide actionable market intelligence and customer feedback to Product leadership.
- Help refine Lumenci AI’s long-term product roadmap and enterprise use cases.
- Convert pilot engagements into recurring subscription or usage-based revenue.
- Identify upsell and expansion opportunities across customer accounts.
- Partner with Lumenci consulting teams to drive follow-on engagements.
- Support strategic account growth and enterprise expansion initiatives.
- Help operationalize scalable product adoption and customer success strategies.
A highly customer-oriented, commercially minded operator comfortable working with executive stakeholders, enterprise customers, product leaders, and technical teams. You are proactive, entrepreneurial, and excited about shaping AI-powered workflows in the intellectual property ecosystem.
Required Qualifications- 6–12+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Enterprise SaaS
- AI platforms or AI/ML products
- Legal technology
- Customer success
- Product go-to-market
- Consulting or professional services
- Product commercialization
- Proven experience managing enterprise customer relationships and strategic accounts.
- Experience supporting enterprise software implementations, onboarding programs, or customer rollouts.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills.
- Ability to translate customer challenges into actionable product feedback and adoption strategies.
