We are seeking a "
React UI/UX Engineer with Figma/Wireframe
" that can bridge the gap between design and engineering by coding user interfaces, building interactive prototypes, and ensuring visual designs are implemented effectively.

Years of experience needed: 8 to 10 years of experience as UI UX Engineer

Mandatory skills: React.

JS, Figma and wireframe, HTML/CSS, Node.

• Front-End Implementation:
  Developing high-quality code (HTML/CSS/JS) to build user-facing features, translating design wireframes into functional web or app components.
• Prototyping:
  Creating sophisticated, interactive prototypes with live data to test interaction design and technical feasibility.
• Bridging Teams:
  Collaborating closely with UX designers, UX researchers, and back-end engineers to ensure the final product matches design intent and user research insights.
• Performance & Fidelity:
  Optimizing front-end components for maximum speed, scalability, and visual fidelity across devices.
• Usability Testing:
  Assisting in user testing and A/B testing to refine UI functionality based on feedback.

• Design Tools:
  Familiarity with design tools such as Sketch to interpret design assets.
• UX Principles:
  Understanding of user-centered design, usability testing methodologies, and accessibility standards.
• Collaboration:
  
  Excellent communication skills to act as a bridge between design teams and technical teams.
