We’re looking for someone who is obsessed with creating a constantly evolving and improving website experience. You are a master of implementation and strategic thinking and can put yourself in a customer’s shoes to understand what motivates them to purchase. In this role, you will be responsible for building, testing, and improving the site to drive growth. The Senior Webflow Developer & CRO Specialist will work closely with design, brand, and growth to continuously improve our online experience.
You’ll be deep in Webflow every day, translating designs into high‑fidelity pages, running experiments, and continuously finding ways to improve conversion performance. You take pride in clean, precise implementation and you bring a CRO mindset to everything you build — not just executing what you’re told, but identifying what to test and why.
