Systems Analyst, Scrum Master, IT Project Manager
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead a cross-functional Agile team delivering modern web applications built on a React/Type Script micro front-end architecture with a Python-based backend (FastAPI/Flask). This role will partner closely with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to ensure predictable delivery, strong team collaboration, and continuous improvement in a distributed Agile environment.
The ideal candidate has deep experience supporting engineering-heavy teams, strong command of Agile/Scrum principles, and the technical fluency needed to operate effectively within complex, API-driven systems.
Key Responsibilities- Facilitate core Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Partner with Product Owners and Business Analysts to maintain a prioritized, well-groomed backlog
- Enable strong collaboration between front‑end and back‑end engineering teams within a micro front‑end ecosystem
- Identify and remove team impediments, manage risks, and surface dependencies proactively
- Drive continuous improvement using Agile metrics, retrospectives, and team feedback
- Communicate sprint progress, risks, and delivery status clearly to stakeholders

- 5-8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master supporting software development teams
- Strong experience leading teams working in Agile/Scrum environments across the full SDLC
- Proven experience supporting distributed or remote teams
- Technical Environment (Hands‑on familiarity required)
- Front‑end:

Python, FastAPI, Flask - Architectures:
Micro front‑ends, RESTful APIs - Version control & CI/CD:
Git Lab - Databases: SQL, No
SQL (Oracle exposure a plus) - Testing & quality practices (Selenium, Playwright, PyTest familiarity a plus)
- Cloud exposure: AWS (nice to have)
- Front‑end:
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I/II, or equivalent)
- Experience supporting multi‑application platforms or shared services teams
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Collaborative team player, comfortable in Agile/Scrum environments
