We've raised $9M (most recently led by S3 Ventures) and were recognized as their fastest‑growing portfolio company. Our platform is quickly becoming the industry standard for digital debt collection. We're scaling our team and looking for people who want to help modernize a critical part of the financial system.

Responsibilities:
  • Provision, configure, and maintain AWS Linux EC2 instances and associated cloud infrastructure.
  • Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Git Hub Actions.
  • Automate infrastructure and configuration management using Ansible.
  • Deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot production services written in Go and Node.js.
  • Manage Postgre

    SQL databases, including schema updates, backups, and performance tuning.
  • Monitor system and application performance, configure alerts, and proactively resolve issues.
  • Participate in bug triage and production incident response, collaborating closely with developers.
  • Implement best practices for security, scalability, and reliability across the platform.
Required Qualifications:
  • Strong experience with AWS services, especially AWS Linux / EC2, IAM, S3, and VPC.
  • Hands‑on experience with Git and Git Hub Actions for CI/CD workflows.
  • Proficiency in Go (Golang) and Node.js.
  • Experience managing Postgre

    SQL databases in production environments.
  • Strong automation skills with Ansible or equivalent tools (Terraform, Ansible, Chef).
  • Solid understanding of Linux system administration, networking, and security best practices.
  • Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Cloud Watch, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
  • Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot production issues collaboratively.
Preferred / Nice‑to‑Have:
  • Experience with containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) frameworks.
  • Understanding of reliability metrics (SLOs, SLIs) and production best practices.
