Job Description The Specialist in Scrum Management will drive agile project delivery by managing stakeholder relationships benefits realization and comprehensive project planning to ensure successful outcomes Expertise in JIRA to create Dash boards reports and use while working as Scrum Master Certification on Scrum Agile PMI Experience in Lean Agile methodologies Experience 6-8 years of relevant Scrum Master role Proven experience as Scrum master Facilitate agile ceremonies for multiple scrum teams standups planning demos retrospectives Guide teams to embrace Agile principles and continuously improve delivery processes Help Product Owners prioritize and maintain healthy backlogs aligned with internal user needs Remove impediments and protect teams from distractions or external blockers Drive the use of metrics like team velocity and sprint burndown to inform process improvements Act as a champion of transparency fostering collaboration across globally distributed teams Collaborate with partners in HRIS Workplace Technology and Employee Communications to align work streams Coach individuals and teams on Agile mindsets and methodologies supporting a culture of learning and experimentation<
