Tier 2
Provide level 2 technical support for hardware, software, mobile, and enterprise application issues.
Responsibilities- Diagnose and resolve escalated incidents related to Windows, macOS, mobile devices, collaboration tools and business applications.
- Troubleshoot issues related to user accounts, permissions, email, VPN, printers and remote access tool.
- 3-6 years of experience in IT support, desktop support, or service desk environments.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android platforms.
- Experience using Service Now or similar ticketing systems.
