We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Data Analyst to support the indirect procurement organization s role will focus on leveraging data analytics, automation, and process optimization to enhance procurement efficiency, ensure compliance, and drive data‑driven decision making across indirect sourcing categories. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced environment to handle large datasets, streamline workflows, and maintain robust compliance frameworks.

What You’ll Do- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar to visualize procurement spend, category reclassification, supplier performance, and compliance metrics, enabling Supply Chain Managers to make informed decisions.
- Automate procurement processes through scripting and coding (e.g., SQL queries, Python for data manipulation) to handle large datasets, reduce manual errors, and improve efficiency in areas such as reclassifications, invoice processing, and vendor onboarding.
- Map and document current process flows, identify bottlenecks, and propose optimized workflows to enhance procurement operations.
- Analyze procurement data for compliance gaps and recommend adjustments to align with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement compliance processes, including audit trails, risk assessments, and training materials while collaborating with legal, audit, and finance teams.
- Support ad‑hoc data requests, scenario modeling, and performance tracking to aid in supplier evaluations, cost savings initiatives, and strategic procurement planning.
- Monitor data integrity across systems (e.g., ERP, procurement software) and troubleshoot issues to ensure accurate reporting and forecasting.
- Degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Supply Chain Management, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2–5 years of experience in procurement, data analysis, or process improvement roles with a focus on analytics and automation.
- Proficiency in coding and data management tools, including SQL for querying large datasets, Power BI or Tableau for dashboard development, and scripting languages such as Python or VBA for automation.
- Strong process orientation with experience in mapping flows, developing compliance frameworks, and updating policies in a regulated environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to handle complex datasets, identify trends, and derive actionable insights under tight deadlines.
- Excellent multitasking skills in a high‑velocity setting, comfort making decisions amid ambiguity and adapting to shifting priorities.
- Familiarity with procurement concepts (e.g., spend analysis) and the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel for advanced data handling.
