Position: Audience Developer (Adobe)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking an Audience Developer in Austin, TX.

Summary:

The Audience Developer is responsible for building, validating, and maintaining high-quality audience segments that support marketing campaigns and personalization efforts. This role works closely with campaign managers, data teams, and marketing operations to ensure segments are accurate, actionable, and aligned with campaign requirements. The Audience Developer will leverage Unica, Adobe Experience Platform, or both to translate business rules into precise segmentation logic.

REQUIREMENTS:

* Hands-on experience with Unica and/or Adobe Experience Platform

* Strong understanding of audience segmentation and data modeling concepts

* Ability to interpret business requirements and translate them into segmentation logic

* Experience with customer data platforms, relational data, and activation workflows

* Good attention to detail and quality assurance practices

* Strong communication and documentation skills

Nice to Have

Skills:

* Experience with SQL or similar data query languages

* Understanding of campaign management and orchestration workflows

* Exposure to data governance or privacy compliance

* Experience with additional CDP or marketing automation tools

* Familiarity with agile methodologies

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
