World Wide Tech Deployment (WWTD) is seeking an experienced and business oriented PMO Program Manager to join the Tech Deployment Global Project Management Office (TD PMO) team in driving the success of TD projects through understanding customer/business needs, creating mechanisms and analytics to support, and driving proper levels of reporting and compliance for our teams and leaders in support of Governance, Risk management and Compliance for Tech Deployment process adherence, tool utilization and data accuracy.

Successful candidates will have Program and Project Management experience with a focus on process improvement whilst possessing a good understanding of Governance and Compliance processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage, analyze, and report compliance of team members for process adherence, tool utilization and data accuracy.
  • Communicate cross‑org leadership and create status reports, trend risk analysis, and governance policies.
  • Develop governance and compliance processes across multiple teams in line with the organization’s needs.
  • Report business risks to senior leadership through trend analysis.
  • Identify long‑term growth opportunities and risks; plan, communicate and partner with internal and external teams.
  • Work independently and in a group setting, anticipate follow‑up questions and respond with supporting data.
  • Write policies, status reports, leadership report‑outs, and update W /M /Q  documentation.
  • Work closely with external teams to implement corporate mandate process improvement within the organization.
About the Team

The TD Global PMO is a centralized team responsible for overseeing and standardizing project management practices across the entire organization on a global level. It manages end‑to‑end business management from global intake, staffing models, process engineering to project compliance. TD PMO provides guidance, support, and best practices to internal teams to ensure successful delivery of projects that meet business objectives, timelines, and budgets.

Basic

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of program or project management experience.
  • 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
  • Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL skills.
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
  • Experience working cross‑functionally with tech and non‑tech teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3+ years of driving end‑to‑end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership.
  • 3+ years of driving process improvements.
  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization.
  • Experience building processes, project management, and schedules.
Salary and Benefits

Base salary ranges by location:

  • USA, MA, N. Reading – 74,200.00 –  USD annually
  • USA, MA, Westboro – 74,200.00 –  USD annually
  • USA, TN, Nashville – 66,800.00 –  USD annually
  • USA, TX, Austin – 74,200.00 –  USD annually
