We are hiring a Wireless Construction Manager to support large-scale RAN / LTE network deployment projects in the Austin market. This is a field-focused role responsible for overseeing site construction, commissioning, and network implementation activities across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee site construction and field execution to ensure compliance with build standards and safety regulations
  • Coordinate daily with suppliers, vendors, and cross-functional teams to track progress and resolve issues
  • Perform and support commissioning, integration, and troubleshooting of wireless network equipment
  • Ensure site quality and readiness throughout implementation and acceptance phases
  • Troubleshoot RBS, fiber, and transmission issues (CBU/DUL, OBIF, RAX, TX)
  • Interpret design documents, blueprints, and technical specifications for accurate deployment
  • Provide accurate daily reporting, status updates, and documentation
  • Support microwave installation, alignment, and transmission integration
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in wireless network deployment / rollout
  • Strong experience with LTE / UMTS / GSM technologies
  • Hands‑on experience with commissioning, integration, and troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of RAN, RF, and transmission systems
  • Ability to work in field environments and travel up to 80%
  • Valid driver’s license
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting T‑Mobile or Nokia projects
  • Understanding of antenna systems, RF configurations, and fiber/microwave transmission
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, reporting)
Required Certifications (must have before start)
  • OSHA 10 (or OSHA 30) + Fall Protection
  • RF Awareness
  • CPR / First Aid
  • Blood Borne Pathogens (BBP)
